I've always been inspired by cake paintings by Wayne Thiebaud. Right now I think I'd love a cake inspired kitchen.

While I love the idea of a themed kitchen, I don't think I could have a cake themed one. I think it would make me hungry for sweets! I especially like the second picture.... with the cake slices. :)

I'm not much for themes...because I'm not good at decorating. I just like to admire them in other people's houses!
I'd never heard of Wayne Thiebaud before or seen any paintings like these before. I'm not much one for themes, either, but I do like those paintings.
