work in progress: make your own measuring tape

Need:

fabric measuring 1 inch wide by 36 inches long
ruler
fine point sharpie
stayz on ink (black)
number stamps

1.  Measure and mark inches, half inches, and quarter inches with Sharpie using ruler as a guide.  Refer to your own measuring tape for marking ideas.

2.  Stamp numbers using number stamps and StayZ On ink in black.

Use in fabric projects...

Use in scrapbook projects...

Use as ribbon when wrapping gifts...

Use to measure?  (maybe not)

I'm not sure what I'll use mine for yet.  What would you use it for?

Bwah-hahaha - I was just thinking that I am terrible at marking correct measurements and there's no way I would want to make my own measuring tape! And then I got to that second from last statement...

That's a great idea for ribbon for a housewarming gift, though.

I would use it on a scrapbook page or tag or something like that!

I think it would be lovely as a decorative accent on a pillow or a gift, for anyone who loves to craft.

this looks fantastic but i am a total NOOB when it comes to rubber stamping in straight lines lol. Seriously. I need some sort of device that can have them all taped together. Im awful. Also lazy but you did an amazing job

I would use it to measure my 8.2 inch penis.
